October 14, 2022 – American Liberty Hospitality won IHG’s 2022 Developer of the Year award for the Holiday Inn Express & Staybridge Suites—Galleria Area hotel.
ALH opened the dual-branded property to give business travelers a new, upscale hotel at an affordable price. The hotel features two distinct experiences—Holiday Inn Express offers premium guest rooms ideal for short-term travelers, while Staybridge Suites offers apartment-style lodging with full kitchens for long-term guests. Both brands include complimentary breakfast and a rooftop pool. With mid-century modern furniture, high ceilings and quartz details, the property shows a level of sophistication uncommon for a hospitality property in its category.
